More information about Riddles & Romance tickets

After a triumphant debut at the Palladium last year, composer Clive Richard Davis returns with Riddles & Romance, a concert showcasing his captivating new work alongside songs from his celebrated musical, At Last, It’s Summer.

Starring Kerry Ellis, Rob Houchen, Wendy Carr, Shannon Rewcroft, Jack Pallister & Henryk Firth.

At Last, It’s Summer is a musical comedy set in July 1920 on a picturesque English country estate where we follow a nobleman fleeing the turmoil of the Russian Civil War, and finding unexpected love along the way. The result is a delightful mix of romance, intrigue, and humour as the story unfolds with all the charm and wit that Clive Richard Davis has become known for. Echoing the tradition of classic British musical theatre, this work has already garnered praise for its nostalgic yet fresh approach.

Alongside selections from At Last, It’s Summer, Riddles & Romance will provide a first look at Davis’s highly anticipated new project, The Three Riddles and a selection of standalone songs that reflect Clive’s passion for melody and lyricism.

Clive Richard Davis turned to composing later in his career, but is quickly making his mark on the musical theatre landscape. This concert is a must-see for lovers of musical theatre and those eager to discover the work of a composer on the rise.
