SPECIAL GUEST SUPPORT FROM THE LOST SEARCH PARTY

Hillbilly Vegas, the enigmatic, hard-working rock band from Oklahoma are back on the road again with the Long Way Back Tour.

They make a welcome return to the UK this Summer, following their first ever bout of touring on these shores earlier in the year.

Jaw dropping performances gained Hillbilly Vegas rave reviews and a host of new followers, eager to see Oklahoma’s finest grace our stages again.

“To be honest, we were shocked by the level of response on our first tour of the UK, from the fans of Luke Morley–who was a great and very friendly guy–and then at our own shows,” says frontman Steve Harris. “It was exciting that so many people bought tickets to see us. From the moment we arrived in the country we couldn’t have been made any more welcome.

One of the greatest things was that we kept on seeing familiar faces every night, there were people that followed us around from town to town, city to city.”

The tour also included a spot for Hillbilly Vegas at Planet Rock’s Winter’s End Festival in Wales, which many chose as their highlight of the weekend.Planet Rock radio listeners have been treated to heavy rotation of two Hillbilly Vegas singles already, in Hell to Pay then High Time For A Good Time. Soon to follow will be Shake It Like A Hillbilly, quite possibly yoursoundtrack to a great Summer.Whether on stages big or small, Hillbilly Vegashave learned how tomake every audience feel like an importantpart of the show.An accomplished frontmanand keen raconteur, Steve Harris tells stories, taking the mickey outof himself and whoever he sees fit, and where appropriate they throw in covers of material that played a part in developing the band’s sound. On the last tour it was Frankie Miller’s‘Down The Honkytonk’, which fitted them like a glove.

Put Hillbilly Vegas in front of an audience, any audience, and they will win them over–guaranteed
